Selling as a Mechanic Special or for parts Private sale, no GST Has approximately 270.000 km’s, 1.8 liter engine, 5 Speed manual transmission with cloth seats. (GT model) Runs and drives, has been my daily driver until recently and it is still registered and insured. Selling due to purchase of a newer vehicle. Known issues:Was told by mechanic:Valve cover gasket is leakingAxle seals are leaking Rear main seal is leaking Needs front struts assembly and links(suspension makes noise over bumps)I have noticed the RPMS are at about 3000 rpms at 100km’s per hour in 5th gear which seems high and I am not sure if that’s normal. Car vibrates at about 100km’s per hour, unsure if wheels just need balancing or if it’s due to a different issue. Has check engine light on, code:P0420: Catalyst systemEfficiency BelowThreshold Bank 1Has rust as seen in pictures. Has some door dings, a few minor dents and some scuffs. Fog lights are missing Drive’s seat has a couple of rips and wear and tear overall in the interior. Car definitely needs some love overall but it will take you from point A to B. Pros:Active status, car fax will be available in personHas a working Compustar Remote Starter($650 value)Touchscreen radio with upgraded speakers and wiring for subwoofer. Newer Clutch, approximately 3 years old, works great. Windshield has no cracks. AC and heat work great. Started with no problems in cold snaps, I believe battery is approximately 3 years old. Brakes should be good for a while. Has Aftermarket headlights with very bright lights. Recent oil change and cabin filter replacement. Engine Air filter does not require replacement but I have a Toyota one for future replacement. Comes with the winter set as seen in pictures, lots of tread left, good for a few more winter seasons. Comes with the Toyota wheels as well but tires are almost worn out, maybe good for 1 more season(see last picture). I am located in Coventry Hills NE Calgary, please refrain from making offers without seeing and driving the car, reasonable offers will be considered in person and please know I won’t sell it for $1500, not in a rush to sell.
