Always parked underground, paint is in incredible condition. Rarely used in the winter and parked if it is snowing. Drives very quiet and smooth! Still being driven daily. Power tilt and telescoping steering wheel, power front seats with driver's 3 person memory settings, Auto-dimming rear view mirror with compass, Soft close trunk tailgate, Cruise Control, variable intermittent wipers, roof rack, 60/40 split folding rear seats, keyless entry and alarm, Premium 270 watt 8 speaker audio system with factory subwoofer, has AUX input + 6 disc CD changer, VSA Stability Control and ABS Brakes, Side seat and Side Curtain Airbags, AWD snow mode, etc. Very clean, plush and comfortable Heated Leather seats. ******************************************************************** Car runs very well. Maintenance: - Synthetic engine oil changes every 6 months; replaced engine air and cabin air filters during my previous service. - Replaced the front and rear brake pads and rotors, serviced brakes calipers and performed brake system fluid flush less than 12,000km ago. - Brake caliper service every 2 years - Automatic Transmission Fluid, rear differential and transfer case fluid replacement every 2 years. Transmission fluid is bright pink - New Differential mount + Engine Mount in November 2021 - New Radiator + Engine Coolant Flush in May 2022 - Front lower control arms with ball joints, rear shocks and alignment - October 2022 - New NGK Iridium Spark Plugs and Denso ignition coils in December 2022 - Power steering Fluid Flush in March 2022 - New Battery, Drive Belt + Starter in October 2023 - New Alternator in March 2024. ******************************************************************** Has been a very dependable vehicle, is fuel efficient for an SUV, easy to park and handles well.
