Up for sale is our 2012 Kia Optima EX. This car has been in the family for the last 11 years and was purchased from Go Kia South when it was only a year old with 7000km on it. It now has 138,000km. Driven by my step-mother on her weekday commute in town, and my wife now uses it to drive between Spruce Grove and Sherwood Park. Dealer maintained and regular oil changes, we have had no issues beyond normal upkeep with this car. Rear rotors and pads were replaced last year. Two sets of tires, summers are on the stock Kia alloys, and winter tires on steel rims. Body wise, the exterior is about what you might expect for a 12-year old car driven on Alberta roads. Small paint chips on the front end, and paint-protection on the hood is starting to lift at the edges. Small scuff on the rear drivers-side door and quarter panel. Interior is in good shape. Windshield is cracked in a few places (also typical Alberta) Overall this is a very comfortable car, with lots of room for whatever you need (children, dogs, luggage, etc...). It gets great fuel milage for a 4-door sedan (averaging around 7L/100km), still has enough power to pass on the highway. Heated seats, air conditioning, back up camera, Bluetooth, and the other modern car-comforts. Remote start as well, which is incredibly nice during the winter. We are only selling because my wife really wanted a Volkswagen Beetle (otherwise we were perfectly happy with it, as its served us well) Please reach out with any questions.
