*Please note SUV is equipped with bucket seats made for 34 waist size max, altho they are fully electric adjustable, waist size is fixed* Up for sale my 2006 BMW X5 4.8is (first gen x5m before x5m was a thing). 4.8is comes with a different motor/transmission/differentials/suspension/interior/wheels/bumpers/brakes are all different from a standard x5. Only was offered in 5 different only M colours, Imola red being the rarest. I believe only 1500 in all of North America. Overs 450 hours have been invested in labour to make it what it is. Lowest static E53 that exists. All parts are essentially custom one offs as there isn’t much on the market for these platforms. Drives like an m3, feels like an m3 but more practical with more room and being AWD with a nutty V8 360hp. —-Toyo 275 and 315 winter tires—- -Custom made rear toe arms and upper control arms, all tig welded (.250 wall DOM tubing) big heavy duty QA1 Kevlar Heim Joints, Polyurethane bushings 10.9 hardware. ($2000) -304 Stainless Steel Machined control arm Spacers ($350) -modified rear knuckles -frame notched for control arm clearance -Custom BC coilovers, custom valves, custom springs took many different combos to get the length and spring rate correct. (All the specs will be shared with buyer.($2300) -Custom H&R spacers front and rear (custom order, took 2 months to make and ship from Germany) they are made specifically for this car. ($650) -fully electric adjustable recaro bucket seats paint matched to the car. Custom water jetted seat mounts and brackets (took many many hours and try’s to get it to work correctly) ($2100) -2 fire extinguishers -Yellow fog lights -black kiddy grills -black hood grills -LED interior lights -muffler delete with M performance exhaust tips ( sounds perfect, not too loud, zero drone on the highway, no raspy sound, deep V8 rumble) -Dinan transmission tune (long discontinued) super fast and crisp shifts, can drive like normal or in sport mode aggressive, super fast shifts. Very fun and engaging. Feels like a modern transmission. Transmission flushed and new filter installed. -weather tech flood mats front and back -aux cord mod -m plate frame -tinted windows all around These engines don’t have throttle body’s, so there is never Vacuum in the intake manifold but instead uses valve tronic (regulates throttle with valve length (very different throttle response to anything else) Valve stem seals done, does not smoke, burn/leak any oil. Motor runs good. Only runs on liqui moly full Synthetic oil (best of the best) -heated rear seats, -heated steering wheel (gets very hot) - A/c recharged and blows ice cold, heater works great , auto tinting mirrors, fully loaded with every option including side impart air bags, front and back up sensors, Giant moon roof, new seals and motor, works awesome, zero leaks. Tow package with tow hitch rated for 6500lbs (altho I wouldn’t tow anything without putting helper bags the way it sits now. It’s used more for carrying a bike rack now lol. Body is pretty clean for the age, no rust or serious body damage. Active clean Alberta tittle, insured and registered. Drives straight as an arrow, doesn’t pull to any side. Needs a couple things here and there to make it perfect (mostly cosmetic) but I daily drive it the way it is everyday, been on a couple of long road trips. Brakes necks anywhere you go, don’t need to sell it but after owning it for a few years, I’m ready to move on to a new project I’m sure I’m forgetting something but that’s the majority of it. No trades ! Asking $10,800
